Luminate offers a series of peer-facilitated workshops tailored specifically to different areas of student mental health.

Our workshops are evidence-based, experiential and practical. Each workshop demonstrates skills relevant to student life and provides an opportunity to practice these skills through hands-on activities.


Building Resilience: Self-Compassion in Student Life

This workshop discusses the how resilience can help you overcome challenges and introduces self-compassion as a self-care strategy that boosts resilience.

Luminate is a student-run initiative composed of undergraduate students. Our workshops, while heavily grounded in sound psychological research, are developed and presented by undergraduate students.
