– The components of self-compassion, why self-compassion is beneficial and relevant to student life
– How to break the perfectionist cycle
– Interactive ways to improve your self-compassion

Luminate is a student-run initiative composed of undergraduate students. Our workshops, while heavily grounded in sound psychological research findings, are developed and presented by undergraduate students.
